Leaving School

Pupils that are leaving school are now required to complete an online leavers form. You will be required to complete all aspects of the leavers form before submitting it. If you would like to have a discussion with your Guidance Teacher about leaving school please email PerthGrammar@pkc.gov.uk and we will arrange for you to receive a phone call.

Your leavers destination is an important part of this form. If you would like to discuss your leavers destination with a careers adviser you can contact Skills Development Scotland on 0800 917 8000.

You should only complete this form if you are leaving school. To qualify as a school leaver you will need to be at least 16 years old on the 30th September 2020.

If you have any school equipment that you need to return  please keep this at the moment and advise us of this when you are completing the form. We will then be in contact with you to return these items to the school when we re open.

Leavers forms should be completed by Friday 29 May 2020.
