The Body Coach - PE with Joe
From Monday 23 March, Joe Wicks 'The Body Coach' will be streaming a live workout daily for young people on YouTube. 'PE with Joe' will take place every day (Mon-Fri) at 9am.

Try to stay connected
Talk to the people who make you feel better. This could be your family or your friends. If you can, try to get some virtual face-to-face time through apps like FaceTime or Skype. You can also use your PSE MS team to meet up with friends.
