Phased Return - Practical Coursework
Pupils returning to complete critical practical coursework should only attend on the days that have been communicated to parents/carers. Pupils attending will participate in one subject for the duration of the day.
When pupils arrive they should enter the building by the middle doors (Expressive Arts & Science). Hand sanitiser will be available and should be used when entering and exiting the building. Pupils should follow the hygiene guidance throughout the school and in classrooms.
Strict 2 meters physical distancing should be followed at all times. This includes on school transport, walking to school, within the school and during social times. Face coverings should also be worn in corridors, communal areas, classrooms and on school transport.
Pupils are encouraged to stay in school for lunch. Tayside Contracts will provide a hot snack menu and lunches can be pre-ordered during morning interval. Lunches will be available in the canteen and assembly hall. If pupils leave the school for lunch they should follow the latest Scottish Government guidance.
Pupils do not have to wear school uniform.
Pupils in S4-S6 are encouraged to take part in COVID-19 home testing. More information can be found here.
Essential Worker & Vulnerable Young People - Hub Provision
To apply for a hub place please email PerthGrammar@pkc.gov.uk. Essential worker criteria can be found on the Perth & Kinross Council website.

Laptops will be provided for pupils attending the school hub. Pupils will participate in online learning following their normal timetable.

ISP
ISP Provision Update February 2021
Pupils in ISP will form part of the school hub where appropriate and the above guidance applies.
Broad General Education (S1-S3)
Pupils in the BGE will continue to take part in remote learning from home following their normal timetable.
Senior Phase (S4-6)
Pupils in the Senior Phase will continue to take part in remote learning from home following their normal timetable if they are not in school completing practical coursework.
Pupils in school should catch up on their non-practical classes during their practical class periods throughout the week.
